    Choosing an assisted living facility is a significant decision, often filled with emotions and concerns for both you and your loved ones. It's essential to ask the right questions to find a place that truly feels like home. To help you on this journey, here are some frequently asked questions (FAQs) to guide your decision and provide reassurance during this transition.     Bright Hope Care offers private rooms. Each room is equipped with the necessary amenities, such as a bed, chair, closet, and nightstand.


    Visiting hours at Bright Hope Care are from 9am to 7pm every day. However, we are flexible and can arrange visits outside these hours if needed.


    The admission process for Bright Hope Care starts with a tour of our facility, followed by an assessment of the resident's care needs. We work with the resident and their family to create a personalized care plan and determine the appropriate level of care and pricing.


    There is no move-in fee or deposit for waiver services. Yes, there is a deposit for private pay.


    Yes, all employees under go a background check. 


    Payment options for services are waiver services such as, CADI, BI, TBI & EW. We accept private pay and long-term insurance. The fees are based on individual needs for services.


    No, but BHC has arranged for continued services should the power be out for an extended period.


    BHC has an EMERGENCY PREPAREDNESS MANUAL about how to handle any emergencies. Each staff member is trained in emergencies and regularly competency-tested across various scenarios.


    The service plan and all revisions are entered into the resident’s clinical record, including notice of a change in a resident’s fees when applicable.


    Verbal or visual reminders, medication administration by licensed or unlicensed personnel, medication set-up by a nurse, diabetic care, anticoagulant medication management, pain pump management, oxygen pump management, nebulizers, communication with the physician/pharmacy, and many other comprehensive services are provided.
